The side-hung oil recovery machine is based on the well-proven hard brush conveyor belt oil recovery technology, which allows surface water and oil to be conveyed through the hard brush conveyor for oil spill recovery, with water being discharged from the rear of the machine. The marine side-hung oil recovery machine can automatically separate and recover oil products, emulsions, and viscous floating residues from the water, and then transfer the recovered materials to the oil tank via an oil transfer pump.
The system is capable of recovering various oils with different viscosities, and its oil recovery efficiency increases with the viscosity of the oil. It can maintain good working conditions in various adverse weather and sea conditions. The recovered oil and floating residues move upward with the conveyor, roll on the bristles, and eventually fall into the oil collection trough in the form of gravity flow, while the water is filtered out. The oil and residues collected on the bristles are scraped off by the cleaning device and flow into the oil collection trough, which is then pumped out to achieve the goal of oil spill recovery.
